1. Edit: English - at least-please for content from Turkey since international content is available on some other streaming services with subtitles.

2. As a foreigner living in Turkey, I don't use the app as much because even the french or chinese or any movie that doesn't have english audio, still has turkish subtitles only.

3. But please add English UI for foreigners and also the option for English subtitles.Amazing selection of content, but there's only one major problem! I rely heavily on subtitles and there are english subtitles what so ever.

7. When this things gonna fix?For someone who speaks neither Turkish nor Arabic it's really bad! When i open the App I can't even translate it! An English version of the app would be appreciated.

8. Also, I cannot complete membership "due to the above" nor can I delete the account permanently, because there's only the option to cancel subscription! What a bad experience! 👎I don't want to rate 1 star but watching movie or something else is so difficult in Android TV.

9. If i can download after a hours if i want to watch series i downloaded then app giving error or deleting already or showing error " expired ".

10. Don't use or you might never be able to stop the subscriptioncannot cast to tv using chromecast... the app crashes.It has great content but the app sucks.

1. Fix BluTV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BluTV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BluTV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BluTV" » Open BluTV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BluTV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BluTV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BluTV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BluTV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BluTV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BluTV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BluTV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BluTV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BluTV not working

2. Fix BluTV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BluTV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BluTV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BluTV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
