1. Kindly remember that.. I'm giving 1 star.. Sorry to say- Many ads that can't be skipped - The app freezes a lot - Unlike Netflix, you can't resume from where you stopped - No English subtitles, however compared to the above mentioned problems, this is the least of my worries!I'm giving 2 stars because I was searching whole YouTube and other websites but I wasn't able to find Tatli Küçük Yalancilar (pretty little liars).In this app I found it unfortunately without English subtitles.

2. Kindly work on this problem.I downloaded the app to watch series with English subtitles because I couldn't reach some of thr series neither in YouTube nor in any other websites with English sub.. I'm disappointed to see the series with no subtitles.. I don't understand why the developers create these kind of apps to reach worldwide with no subtitles! Turkish is only known by few, not the whole world.

However the smart tv streaming is showing less ads than the mobile app version (luckily) The mobile and web app shows utterly ridiculous amount of ads Also there is no possibility to log in to the tv app with your facebook or google account, but you can do it normally in web app.The app is good but there are only two problems:- first is, there are no English subtitles.

4. Please Add English Subtitles There seems to be many worthwhile shows and dramas that could potentially reach a global audience, but without things like English subtitles, it's not going to happen.

   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "puhutv" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check puhutv app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, puhutv might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall puhutv. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall puhutv then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing puhutv not working

2. Fix puhutv Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make puhutv be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to puhutv not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, puhutv may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
