It sounds like some clarification is needed.You open it and there comes an unskipable ad, wait for it to finish and then it takes about a minute to open ur file, and when u finally reach till it it shows a box saying "file parsing error" And u close the app and try to reopen but no it doesn't gets any better... Dont know wot to do now except cursing its bloody creatorsWorked for a short while.

2. I was however forced to watch about 15 ads in the span of 2 minutes while I attempted to open a single file, which never opened.

3. After a while, when I tried to access documents it would say "file parsing error" and I had to clear the data storage of the app to get it to work again.

4. Imagine my surprise when I opened the app and there were old files I never got to look at and now with one click I can!!! This app is AWESOME!Didn't even get the app to open & already got presented an ad.

7. After some experimenting I finally got to the actual app, and there on the first screen is "3 day free trial" after which there was a price quoted that I didn't pay much attention to.

10. There are plenty of reader apps that are totally ad-free & free, or at least just "free." I get that some people are choosing to go the ad-based route but implementation is everything.

1. Fix All Document Reader and Viewer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart All Document Reader and Viewer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the All Document Reader and Viewer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "All Document Reader and Viewer" » Open All Document Reader and Viewer » click "Update".
