1. Everyway you turn the phone, images are upside downI have samsumg J7 but when i open the app it totally black and does not work.

2. As with other users, when app was started up, after a couple prompts, screen went black, completely unresponsive.

3. Will seek refund on the book.Would be great if it wasn't upside down.

1. Fix DK Virtual Reality Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DK Virtual Reality: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DK Virtual Reality App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DK Virtual Reality" » Open DK Virtual Reality » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DK Virtual Reality » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DK Virtual Reality app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DK Virtual Reality servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DK Virtual Reality" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
