1. Incredibly slow UI, scanning codes often fails, zero UI feedback when it's waiting, so I don't know if I should scan again or wait.

2. It may be faster to just type the codes in by hand.I wasn't going to play monopoly because of my last experience with this app but thought maybe it had been improved.

3. If you need to use your flash while scanning, you have to check the 'use flash' option every single time.

4. You also can only submit one token (or 2 or 3 depending on the prize) at a time in the sweepstakes, so it's super fun when you have 400+ tokens 😡They fixed the app, but the app is beyond awful.

6. Scanning coupons with your phone works about a quarter of the time.

7. You have to click 3 or 4 buttons for every single ticket scan (not counting the match three games).

8. Servers conveniently have issues the days before tokens expire, then the gift cards are no longer available.

9. This week I go to scan my new tickets and it doesn't recognize my login.

10. When it does scan, the app sometimes freezes, so you have to restart the app, or it tells you the code is wrong, so you have to type in the code anyways.

11. I actually had enough for a $25 gift card and the redeem button was enabled, which means it was BEFORE the limit was reached.

1. Fix Shop, Play, Win! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Shop, Play, Win!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Shop, Play, Win! App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Shop, Play, Win!" » Open Shop, Play, Win!® MONOPOLY » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Shop, Play, Win! » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Shop, Play, Win!® MONOPOLY app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shop, Play, Win! servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shop, Play, Win!® MONOPOLY" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Shop, Play, Win! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shop, Play, Win! might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Shop, Play, Win!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shop, Play, Win! then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shop, Play, Win! not working


2. Fix Shop, Play, Win! Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shop, Play, Win! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shop, Play, Win! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shop, Play, Win! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

I went to the store to cash in the rest of my Monopoly things today cuz today is the last day I had four loaves of French bread a whole bunch of bottles of water and I already cashed in a little bit of them but I'm wondering why the rest of them still on my on my account and how do I get to use them I don't think it's right

Hi! I have been trying to scan my monopoly tickets using your app for about 2 weeks now with no luck. Every time I scan or enter in a code the app freezes. I've tried un installing and re installing but nothing has worked. Currently, I have about 500 tickets that I've earned and haven't been able to redeem. Is there any way I can still redeem my tickes?

On 05-04-21 I summited my # M3YR5GG8-AXGTMD6Y. UPON ENTERING THE CODE IT INDICATED HAD WON 100 TOKENS. AS OF TODAY ,MAY 10th I HAVE NOT SEEN THE 100 TOKENS IN MY ACCOUNT. I LOOK FORWARD TO YOUR RESPONSE. THANK YOU.

I matched two $2 winners on different days last week. I received the email confirmation & after 24 hours they never posted to my just 4u account with Albertsons. What happened to the rewards? Thanks

Match 3 product wins are loaded on my just for u account, but I am unable to redeem at checkout. I think you have the wrong registered id for my just for u account. If it is supposed to be the same as my club card, it should be 41057313132 and my ph # is 707-293-0627. please repair.

monopoly site will not allow me to scan barcodes. Account insists I am a Safeway employee. I am not, nor have I ever been. Site says barcode is only valid for customer account. I am a customer. Deleting and reloading app does not work.
