1. Is this a bug or a glitch? This needs to be fixed! I would like to talk to the dev team as my nan bought the immortal add on and fell down the stairs the next day and snapped her neckOk so I just downloaded this app for fun because I just watched the movie and I was with my friends then it's said 3 hours for my friend and time flew by because we were doing "spooky stuff" and next thing you know she passed out and didn't wake up and then she was gone just like that she was cold and kept getting pains in her neck this app should not be up it's not good and some kid can find it and get scared.

It flashed my torch light as the seconds went down... and it just really annoyed me!This is not real bro because I first installed the rest of my life, I only had 23 years, I immediately deleted this application and reinstalled it and, the result was the remaining time of my life to be 39 years, wow it's pretty terrible, hahaha thanks for creating an application that I think is very cool, to play with life, hahaha this is amazingdisappointing.

3. It's been a few years and I miss her... Ha this is a joke you thought this was true?!OMG IT WORKS!! My sis and I were in a dark room at 3am and we both had it on our phones,mine said 38 yrs so I was all good,but my sister's said 1 minute 38 seconds,then exactly 1 minute 38 seconds later the mirror broke and she got stabbed by a piece of the mirror,but it avoided me!!! Ofc it's fake,why are you still here? Why are U looking in reviews? All these are fake! It's not real.your wasting ur time.

4. But it's very fun and about scary! It's great for tricking people!Absolutely great!So I downloaded it 2 times, the first time said it said I had 29 years left to live, second time left me with 9 hours left to live.

5. It said 5 years left for me! But then.. i deleted it and downloaded it again and it said i had 8 hours left... how can 5 years go to 8 hours in 5 minutes? Number 2.

6. Even if you can't read the terms of agreement and every time you uninstall and install it again it tells a different countdown it's still a really cool app.Well I was watching the film on tv and looked in the app store to see if it was actually there.

1. Fix Countdown Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Countdown: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Countdown App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Countdown" » Open Countdown » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Countdown » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Countdown app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Countdown servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Countdown" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Countdown app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Countdown might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Countdown. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Countdown then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Countdown not working

2. Fix Countdown Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Countdown be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Countdown not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Countdown may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
