1. I will never recommend anyone to install this app.Bad updated and very disappointing ... Please add some entertainment more interesting things like as a games.. give us points on every correct question because its too hard to get points from all quiz with Passing marks... And we cant redeem points into cash why? Only redeem into gifts and gifts points are very high we cant reach them please update again as soon as possible and make it interesting...A fun aap that not only creates a sense of competition but also helps learning general knowledge stuff..and ofcourse the urge for winning the prizes makes to play it more and more and moreee !!! must tryI like the game very much.

I love the style of getting award money for winning each quiz.Totally useless app, complete wastage of time as it is full of long duration ads which even keep on playing during quizzes for 40 50 secs and no option is available to skip them.. Limited number of quizez and knowledge level is way too high besides very low earnings points.. Some answers of Quizzes are wrong too.A very awesome knowledge providing quiz app where you can test the knowledge and also win prizes.

3. I got nothing... what the hell is this.. ad appears in the mid of quiz... so we ran out of time.. I don't know who is getting cash price... they were trying their level best to stop me from winning and at the end announces i am lost... even though i answered almost 8 questions correctly... Worst of all games....Very disappointing update, I passed 4,5 Live quizzes but no points/money added to my account.

4. It's been a couple of days I have started playing Emten and I'm already loving the entire concept of the game.Keep on doing the great work.

5. There is a little problem with the video thing because with a little compromising internet speed it becomes very difficult to answer the questions relevant to videos.It is a true piece of attraction for youth.

1. Fix EmTen Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart EmTen: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the EmTen App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "EmTen" » Open EmTen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for EmTen » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear EmTen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from EmTen servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "EmTen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check EmTen app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, EmTen might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall EmTen. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall EmTen then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing EmTen not working

2. Fix EmTen Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make EmTen be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to EmTen not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, EmTen may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
