3. Even though the app is in a quick selector, or takes about 10 seconds for me to play a whip sound.I can think of lots of scenarios in the past where this app could of been applied.

3. Clear The Whip Sound app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from The Whip Sound servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "The Whip Sound" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check The Whip Sound app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, The Whip Sound might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall The Whip Sound. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall The Whip Sound then reinstall.
