Why should I report an Issue with PixelDot - Color by Number?

1. One thing I liked about this app that pixel art doesn't have is the ability to double tap a color and it automatically takes you to where the number is located at instead of having to search for it.This is a great app, you can upload your own pictures, you can choose how big you want your picture, and you can use ore selected pictures to colour as well!!! however, recently it has been freezing and crashing ALL the time, rendering it useless for me to use sadly.

2. The latest update though, it's the worst thing I've ever seen, they made the images look blurry and out of focus, I used to love this app, now it just hurts my eyes.Eats your finished work.

3. However, when I start a picture and close out, I can't find my picture when I open back up unless I remember what category I got it from and it still doesn't show half colored unless I click on it.

1. Fix PixelDot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PixelDot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PixelDot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PixelDot" » Open PixelDot - Color by Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PixelDot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PixelDot - Color by Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PixelDot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PixelDot - Color by Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PixelDot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PixelDot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PixelDot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PixelDot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PixelDot not working

2. Fix PixelDot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PixelDot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PixelDot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PixelDot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
