1. Couldn't recommend this enough!I'll give this app a much better review if I can ever get my magazines! I'm told to enter a customer number to access my issues, but nobody seems to be willing or able to give me a customer number!I would like to think of a description but only at this time - such a pleasant surprise will they be sending back numbers this is of interest I spend a heap of time eith my needleworkGreat value for money ,with a varied level of stiching kits & charts avilable ,love it .Kept crashing.

2. Have sent emails to email listed on app description and it just bounces.Absolute RUBBISH I've updated to the new app and now lost all of my magazines that I paid for last year.

3. They will gladly take your money but do not deliver product on the tablet.I'm one of the customers who have paid the year of subscription and stopped getting any updates.

4. Also the contact email just bounces!I lost every issue I had downloaded from my subscription through google play store.

5. The app won't load past the red screen now, on the one time it did it asked for my customer number which id never been given.

6. Managed to load all of my magazines easily and being able to zoom is great when my eyes are struggling.

7. I give up.Terrible. Had bought 5 different back issues plus new subscription and I cannot bring any up.

8. Customer support was not really helpful, just told they do not manage the subscriptions of CrossStitcher anymore.

9. I ended up cancelling my sub and now when I download the app most of the time it doesn't even open correctly.

1. Restart CrossStitcher Magazine: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrossStitcher Magazine App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrossStitcher Magazine" » Open CrossStitcher Magazine » click "Update".
