1. Have 'bidding starting soon' on a separate window.Sat and watched for quite a while to get familiar.. not once did I see anybody win?! The prizes were to benefit the app, DealDash, so you're buying bids, okay?! and a penny is added at the very last half second of each one I watched, how coincidental is that?!?! I guess you got to be quick behind-the-scenes to up the bid at the very last second.. Tophatter is the way to go, I have won many, many, many times and they are amazing, REAL, awesome items!! See ya there! Un-installing this joke!While in the last couple of days I've won a $50 bed bath & beyond gift card and a $10 walmart card, I'm still quite disappointed.

2. It requires patience.I used to love Deal Dash.. They allowed you to earn free bids to help supplement your bid pack purchases,, but they stopped that and the vast majority of items for auctions these days are bid packs... Hard to win anything since they lowered the number of items for sale at any given time, the prices have gone up.

3. But if you want something more significant, you need lots of time waiting for a possible slight window of opportunity or lots of bids (either buy them for $0.12-$0.15 or try to win bid packs in a bidding war).

4. even though they may be misleading with the prices, the app is a fun app and you can win items for cheap if you allow yourself time to accumulate and save up the bids.

5. I still try once in a while, but haven't been able to win anything in months.Downloaded the app, signed up, bought a bid pack and then watched other people bidding on auctions without being able to bid myself.

6. Unless you want to go through the Buy It Now option: buying the item instead at a highly inflated price and getting back your bids.

7. Not a great selection of items either.stressful. I see auctions for small items go for $2 or less constantly.

8. Items listed often have a valuation above what you can get the item for elsewhere.

9. You can have a bidder but 1,000 bids on an item.

10. Plus, the item up for bids, you can't enlarge the item.

1. Fix DealDash Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart DealDash: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the DealDash App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "DealDash" » Open DealDash - Bid & Save Auctions » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for DealDash » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear DealDash - Bid & Save Auctions app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from DealDash servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "DealDash - Bid & Save Auctions" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check DealDash app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, DealDash might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall DealDash. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall DealDash then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing DealDash not working

2. Fix DealDash Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make DealDash be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to DealDash not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, DealDash may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
