1. I love when my child wants to play educational games like this.For a free app, this is VERY decent! My 2 year old will choose to play it over others for his screen time app... even over YouTube kids! And there aren't ads that he can accidentally click either! Yes! He doesn't feel bad when he chooses the wrong letter (giggles at the noise), but still prefers the reward sounds for choosing the correct letter.

2. EDIT: I like this one so much that I decided to download their numbers app too ♡Good app, but playing this as a 10 yr old, Lucas says "This letter is for _____" but no image is shown????????? I have a sister called Evelyn and she will 10 months old in 4 days! If you don't show an image, kids are not going to know what they look like, so they'll have look at multiple pictures on Google! Plus, I've only just discovered that whenever the season changes, the setting will just stay the same, even during the Christmas season! Please add this now!For a FREE app this is amazing -- no ads, safety for kids so they don't leave, and it's free.

3. Example: the letter W I shouldn't have to lift my finger off the screen four times... Please address these issues and I would love to give 5 stars! It's a cute app with great incentives for littles.

4. There needs to be a way to trace the letters in a continuous motion where you don't have to lift your finger for each corner.

5. Progression, would include going from following the dots to writing it without prompts.As much as I appreciate this app, I can't give this app 5 stars until a few things are fixed.

6. While German, French and Spanish are great, my baby is also learning Dutch and would ve great if this wqs also includedthis was good before.

7. The very 1st alphabet mode doesnt progress to the next letter after u complete drawing it's shape.

8. The start of each stroke needs to be defined and highlighted (maybe needs a pencil or marker to drag).

9. I wish there was more tracking of what had been learned and a progression.

1. Fix ABC Kids Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart ABC Kids: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the ABC Kids App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "ABC Kids" » Open ABC Kids - Tracing & Phonics » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for ABC Kids » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear ABC Kids - Tracing & Phonics app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from ABC Kids servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "ABC Kids - Tracing & Phonics" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check ABC Kids app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, ABC Kids might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall ABC Kids. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall ABC Kids then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing ABC Kids not working

2. Fix ABC Kids Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make ABC Kids be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to ABC Kids not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, ABC Kids may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
