1. When unlocking from the parents tub,it requires payment card number which is risky to display on google maybe the payment mode would be changed inform of data.The letter tracing part of the game is very difficult to do for toddlers.

It isn't friendly to unskilled little hands but the over all activities are very nice.It's an amazing app for my kid,I was looking for this kind of app.....too gud....but the only issue iz it's volume iz too low( hv opened full volume)....kid can not listen after closing fan even......plz work over volume.... B4 my kid get irritate....I have paid for the apps.

3. But tracing letters seems herculean task even for a grown up.Kids will loose interest soon if it isthis difficult.

4. Overall this is one of the better educational appsThis app is good my children like it but the caterpillar letters are not round this makes tracing them difficult for users.

5. It is so hard to trace evem for adults and i got tired of it after tracing too many time of small letter a and cap A.

10. Do you still have the math for kids??Very helpful in learning phonics.

1. Fix Phonics Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Phonics: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Phonics App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Phonics" » Open Phonics - Sounds to Words » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Phonics » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Phonics - Sounds to Words app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Phonics servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Phonics - Sounds to Words" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Phonics app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Phonics might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Phonics. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Phonics then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Phonics not working

2. Fix Phonics Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Phonics be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Phonics not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Phonics may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
