Why should I report an Issue with Only Lads - Gay Dating?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Rocketware to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Seemed promising on setup, but no filters or search options, typical boring pervs everywhere, vast majority of profiles have no photos (which you cannot filter out highlighting the need for filter options), cannot add your actual location - instead it lists me and many others in some place in India called Tekcham showing itself as some scam app, low user activity, and devs never comment or reply to reviews or questions here in the app store.

2. Also the questions asked below have nothing to do with my issue.its a nice interface BUT it needs search parameters!! Trolling through guys which are in no particular order is arduous and bad design.

3. For example filter by age or if the customer have picture or not...This does not fit a galaxy phone, not all functions can be seen, to make changes, if photo not up right , and also not in the right place , than you are stuffed.

4. Probably just a data mine.It is OK but every so often on the Google play app it glitches by the screen keeps jumping also have problems clicking on profiles sometimes it doesn't want to happen.

5. Also what would be a nice feature is that if you can search people by town/postcode and and distance away from you please.This app is pretty useless and a waste of time.

6. I paid and cant even see if my messages are read! An in-app feedback option would be nice.

7. I'm leaving this review hoping someone would read it and start coming forward othervwise I will have to cancel my membership and delete my profile.

8. It would be nice if we could filter the search.

9. When you typed your second message it sends it on the next day automatically so if you accidentally double send one message will be send today and the other would be tomorrow.

10. It only gives you a chance to send one message a day and it's not good.

11. I have been struggling to get in touch with their customer support, to resolve some issues that are not mentioned in their FAQ, but this has not been possible.

1. Fix Only Lads Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Only Lads: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Only Lads App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Only Lads" » Open Only Lads - Gay Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Only Lads » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Only Lads - Gay Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Only Lads servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Only Lads - Gay Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Only Lads app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Only Lads might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Only Lads. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Only Lads then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Only Lads not working

2. Fix Only Lads Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Only Lads be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Only Lads not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Only Lads may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
