Why should I report an Issue with VeriFLY: Fast Digital Identity?

1. Using this app was a waste of time because they didn't review my covid test results until I was literally sitting on the plane.

2. BTW, the actual verification of your test results is done by staff at Verifly looking at your uploaded image.Huge bug! I have a Pixel 6 pro.

3. I couldn't find my county of origin, then realized it wanted country of destination (and didn't explain on current screen, nor link to help on it).

1. Fix VeriFLY Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart VeriFLY: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the VeriFLY App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "VeriFLY" » Open VeriFLY: Fast Digital Identity » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for VeriFLY » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear VeriFLY: Fast Digital Identity app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from VeriFLY servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "VeriFLY: Fast Digital Identity" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check VeriFLY app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, VeriFLY might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall VeriFLY. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall VeriFLY then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing VeriFLY not working

2. Fix VeriFLY Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make VeriFLY be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to VeriFLY not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, VeriFLY may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
