1. The books are very hard to navigate, why not have a linked table of contents as a side bar menu? Why tap on the screen to get a quick navigation aid, if you accidently tap on a picture it just gives you a full screen picture? Why are the monsters in multiple formats, in one view it breaks up the block into multiple pages, in other views it looks like the book?ambitious and wonderful in spirit.

2. I've uninstalled it and won't be reinstalling it with the release of Tashas due to technical issues.The new hotfix seems to have mostly fixed the last update's crash problem (version 1.1.22). It was still crashing about 1/2 the time, but customer support was easy to work with and quick to respond.

The DnD Beyond mobile site has so many features, including character creation and management, homebrew content, the ability to actively adjust stats and inventory mid-campaign... hell, the entire group I play with uses the mobile site instead of character sheets, and it's incredibly easy to use.

4. Lack of features like character creation and dark mode aside, there was a consistent issue where the books would say "access token expired", and I would be unable to purchase new books.

5. Also, being able to access all of my created characters from the app would boost its rating, but as it stands now you need to go to the actual website to see any characters you've made.When the app was working, I would have given it a solid 3.

6. minus two stars for the fact that I have to open it twice for it to load properly, minus 1 for the amount of time it takes to load and check licenses, and minus 1 for not being caught up with the web app version.

7. I was surprised that the character creator was not available on the app but i guess that makes sense, and the website is well optimized for phone browsers anyway so that's okay.

1. Fix D&D Beyond Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart D&D Beyond: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the D&D Beyond App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "D&D Beyond" » Open D&D Beyond » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for D&D Beyond » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear D&D Beyond app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from D&D Beyond servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "D&D Beyond" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check D&D Beyond app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, D&D Beyond might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall D&D Beyond. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall D&D Beyond then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing D&D Beyond not working

2. Fix D&D Beyond Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make D&D Beyond be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to D&D Beyond not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, D&D Beyond may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
