1. They have been part of the app ever since I started using it.The option to link Uber with Corner Shop accounts does not work: a "working" circle appears and that's it, it spins eternally without the app getting me into the next step.This app has done this a few times, we add items to the order before they shop, press save and then when the order comes, the new item is not there and i look on the order history and it's not on it.Cornershop is better for me, as a shut-in, I have tried most every Personal shopper/delivery service out there.

2. My only complaint is it seems to have issues with push notifications for order updates - so you'll miss that your shopper submitted order changes, or sent messages until the automated phone call comes through.

3. It's similar to Uber Eats, in that you never see the real total until after you place the order.Customer service is excellent.

7. Second, whichever algorithm manages the recommeneded replacement items when something you want is out of stock only shows sized items that are the worst bang for your buck and don't show a per oz price.

9. Proceed with EXTREME caution using Cornershop.I was invited to try this new service & it was initially ok.

11. It's been over a year since I first started using the app, and I've contacted them to get some items listed, but I still have to make manual requests because they don't appear.

1. Fix Cornershop Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cornershop: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cornershop App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cornershop" » Open Cornershop by Uber » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cornershop » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cornershop by Uber app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cornershop servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cornershop by Uber" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cornershop app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cornershop might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cornershop. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cornershop then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cornershop not working

2. Fix Cornershop Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cornershop be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cornershop not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cornershop may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
