Why should I report an Issue with CorelCAD Mobile - .DWG CAD?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Corel to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Hahahaha.what is the point of letting me download it and not even be able to draw a line or a circle or any shape especially if I'm looking for a CAD program I'm wanting to park taken then this is just crazy who would ever want to waste their time and money with us do not download do not use there is no point when you can't even examine the app to know it's actual usabilityWanted to try the free version before deciding to make purchase.

Don't even waste your time downloading.This is trash doesn't let you draw until you subscribe like atleast give something in the free version so bad sooo much bad hate this add don't install and waste your time this is a waste of timeIf it can do, what is it promissing, that must be a great experience to plat with it.

3. How to update?I cant believe this!Worst app i tried, it doesnt even have at least few a days trial, you dont allow for potential users to try the product first.Waste of time and data.Warning for all future potential users" DONT INSTALL THIS APP" !!!Can't do anything without subscription.

4. Listen to what people are saying, try a different method to limit the free version.

5. As others have said, not being able to draw anything at all and forcing a subscription is poor.

6. Maybe limit the number entities, grid size or disable the save but let people actually TRY the software.

7. Buy its competitors or use a free open sourced software.

8. Replying to the criticism with a stock answer regarding subscription and copying that to subsequent bad reviews is tone deaf.

9. Unfurtunatelly I am not able to buy the full version.

1. Fix CorelCAD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CorelCAD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CorelCAD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CorelCAD" » Open CorelCAD Mobile - .DWG CAD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CorelCAD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CorelCAD Mobile - .DWG CAD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CorelCAD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CorelCAD Mobile - .DWG CAD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CorelCAD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CorelCAD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CorelCAD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CorelCAD then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CorelCAD not working

2. Fix CorelCAD Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CorelCAD be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CorelCAD not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CorelCAD may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
