Why should I report an Issue with Mobile, Projector Photo Frames?

1. It just recreates some sort of photoshopped projection picture...Thanks for the developer of this app, you did great... Keep it up, but can I request if you can make a video projector... Thanks a lot, its really amazing... And for those who complain about it only project photo, please read the name of the app, Mobile Projector PHOTO FRAMES, it means it can only project photos not videos, morons...This app wasn't what I had anticipated but for some people it would probably work fine.

2. Dont download.It's easy to download but there are too many ads and U can't even select a video to watch, U can only do picturesI love the way you can get to be able to put photos onto backgrounds but I haven't been able to get it to work The app keeps stoppingworst game , i hate it.

3. I didn't like the facet that the images showed a projector but other than that it was ok.I doesn't project into the real world.

4. This is not meant as an actual projector and neither is any phone app out there unless you use your phone to connect to a projector instead of using a TV or computer.That was not what i was looking for at all.

5. If you thought this was really projecting a picture from your phone on a wall for instance, it does no at all.

1. Fix Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart : Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "" » Open Mobile, Projector Photo Frames » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Mobile, Projector Photo Frames app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Mobile, Projector Photo Frames" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall . If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing not working

2. Fix Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
