1. My month's subscription has turned out to be a waste of money! I'm definitely not renewing my subscription!I wish I read reviews before I subscribed! worst app ever, can't easily navigate back and forth, movie restart every time you exit app (instead of going back to where I stopped viewing), downloaded movies disappear and you'll have to download again, it's not a user friendly app.
2. The help team is not on standby(24hrs) after all, i emailed and sent whatsapp and waited for too long.Its bad using this platform... The experience is terrible... I did pay my subscription but its not working only showing free movies.. If you try contacting them no reply but it says 24/7 now its 3 days without any reply to sole the issue..I wish I read the reviews before subscribed since I have subscribed I have not been able to access the app.
3. Movies take forever to start, you can't go back to where you left off because movies has to restart from the beginning when you go back so you can't stop in the middle of watching a movie to do any other other..if your screen goes off restart wahala!! Who creates an app without putting a system in place to check that....mtcheww!! Wish I could give it a negative star rating!!I wish I could give it no star at all! Unable to download movies and when I try to stream, it buffers and never plays.
4. The movies seem good but why spend money to watch just one movieI was having trouble login and resetting my password.
5. I am subscribed and yet I cannot even watch any movies, it roams all the time and only few movies are available via the app.
6. Some movies show some don't and this app needs a chat where people can talk to someone to get help.
7. Watching movies on this app is irritating and annoying to say the least.
8. Dont want to be looking at that while I am watching a movie.The app kept rejecting my credentials, resorted to web page which takes long to load pages.
9. Very disappointingNeeds major work how can you pay for something and they only upload about 2 movies a month.
10. The customer service wasn't going through and when I send messages to the WhatsApp number no response till now, this is so annoying.
11. The issue isn't with my internet because I have Irokotv, Netflix and Dstv Now apps on my phone and I stream seamlessly.
