Why should I report an Issue with Pokee - Sandbox Pixel Art Color by Number?

1. Some other ppl will think otherwise but..... :3 if you like these pokemon like I do, go install it! My battery is about to die so I can't make this to long ⊙~⊙ well, cya random peeps! =3=its really fun, there are almost no ads besides the onea to unlock a few levels, and it's a great time consumer.

2. I'm not sure what to do, I had this app on this very phone previously, and did not encounter this issue.I couldn't open a single picture, it just kept overthinking the same Roblox ad which must've been broken itself because the timer never moved from 30 seconds and the ad never played.

4. The music is playing, you can view the pokemons but you cannot pic any pokemon you want even if you press any picture repeatedly still no responsed happened at all.

5. The settings is also not helpful, its literally for music ony.It's an awesome and satisfying app!! I love ALL the pokemon types that they have! It's just addicting! From my experience it doesn't need any improvement.

Instead, they aim seems to be pumping as much ad rev as possible by showing you advertisements before you start an image and while working on it, and it doesn't matter if you turn off wifi after watching the first ad to get into the image, because I got an ad, while working on an image, with wifi off, that should not be possible.

7. I recommend this app to anyone who loves Pokémon! Also, there's one problem, the ads don't let you skip them, which is annoying because I have to wait like 25 seconds, besides the ads, thus game is great! 😁This app is really good.

8. You do have to watch a 30sec ad to unlock EVERY SINGLE PICTURE, which I feel is a bit unreasonable.

1. Fix Pokee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Pokee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Pokee App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Pokee" » Open Pokee - Sandbox Pixel Art Color by Number » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Pokee » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Pokee - Sandbox Pixel Art Color by Number app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Pokee servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Pokee - Sandbox Pixel Art Color by Number" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Pokee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Pokee might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Pokee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Pokee then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Pokee not working

2. Fix Pokee Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Pokee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Pokee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Pokee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
