1. Right now, when I flip to horizontal viewing, it doesn't fill the screen all the way, but it doesn't really take away from the experience.I love the content and everyone in college humor, and the creative team and design of the app are amazing.

2. As annoying as it can be, it is absolutely worth using for the quality of the content itself.I love the content on the app itself! The only thing I would recommend as a suggestion to improve the app would be to make the verticle to horizontal screen transition more seamless.

4. Stuff like the resume feature, which doesn't keep track of which season you were watching something in (can't resume watching Starstruck in the complete experience season to watch adventuring party after, it resumes in the main season), sometimes resume doesn't always save the watch position.

5. The app could have some more user friendly features to make it easier to pickup where you left off, but the quality of content is off the charts.I've been delaying getting dropout for quite some time now that I finally joined its super fun.

6. Every other type of media player that I have an app for on my phone I can pause using the button on my earphone.I clearly like the content if I'm willing to use the app.

7. If you are active on the discord and use this app it is a good subscription.So the app is great and I've had an absolute blast listening in on adventures of our intrepid heroes! BUUUUUT, for some reason the Starstruck Odyssey campaign doesn't load on my app.

8. Wildly confusing.The content provided by dropout is top notch and unlike other dumb platforms I think the price is actually fair.

1. Fix Dropout Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Dropout: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Dropout App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Dropout" » Open Dropout » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Dropout » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Dropout app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Dropout servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Dropout" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Dropout app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Dropout might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Dropout. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Dropout then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Dropout not working

2. Fix Dropout Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Dropout be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Dropout not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Dropout may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
