Why should I report an Issue with Clubhouse?

1. I'm on the latest Android and CH versions on my Samsung Note 20 Ultra, but this issue has been consistent with many other android/Samsung usersI was happy to see CH come out for Android, and have been enjoying the content, learning how to work the app, etc.

2. It should not have taken 6 months to get it on Android and then when we finally do we get this garbage! I downloaded the app and then I have to wait for a text message for my account to set up? It's already been almost 12hrs! Still waiting! Never had an issue with any other app to just get an account.

3. I think this forum has real potential, but the problem with invites is discouraging.Bad news first, this app actually limits the amount of messages you can send to people you want to support and connect to and that's a huge turn off.

4. Some rooms are controlled than others but there needs to be some tools to help order.It's 2021, not 2011! Any app that is on ios should have automatically been available on Android.

1. Fix Clubhouse Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Clubhouse: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Clubhouse App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Clubhouse" » Open Clubhouse » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Clubhouse » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Clubhouse app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Clubhouse servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Clubhouse" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Clubhouse app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Clubhouse might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Clubhouse. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Clubhouse then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Clubhouse not working

2. Fix Clubhouse Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Clubhouse be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Clubhouse not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Clubhouse may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
