In terms of watching trailers there needs to be improvements with the accessibility to see the trailers full screen and I also think if you are at any Cinemark location and you use the app and need to use the Wi Fi it should be more accessible for Movie Club members or you should be able to use your mobile phone number to get your tickets, build points, discounts, and rewards.It is a straightforward UI experience, but some information that can be important, such as added fees, is more subtle in small font.
