1. I understand it needs access to location and storage, but why phone? I can't remember having granted that in prior devices (or perhaps I didn't care that much back then), but I see no good reason for it now.
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix GHIA TV Issues
1. Fix GHIA TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart GHIA TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the GHIA TV App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GHIA TV" » Open GHIA TV » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GHIA TV » click "UPDATE".
- Clear GHIA TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GHIA TV servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GHIA TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check GHIA TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GHIA TV might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall GHIA TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GHIA TV then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GHIA TV not working
2. Fix GHIA TV Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GHIA TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
