1. Pro: Looks & Functions great! Con: App is in dire need of backup feature, phone restore or transfer equals loss of all your info in the app! HUGE FAIL I hope the developer adds backup and I will return.There is no Backup, Please,Please add backup to google drive, is really hard to re add all the birthdays on my tablet... I'm changing to 2 stars reason no backup just got a new phone and I have to re-enter all the bdays againAll birthday events imported to the calendar are 1 day early.

2. 5 stars if I could sort the list by name and maybe if there was backup option to save the data to sd card.

1. Fix Birthday App Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Birthday App: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Birthday App App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Birthday App" » Open Birthday App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Birthday App » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Birthday App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Birthday App servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Birthday App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Birthday App app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Birthday App might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Birthday App. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Birthday App then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Birthday App not working

2. Fix Birthday App Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Birthday App be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Birthday App not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Birthday App may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
