1. Very frustrating, especially when browsing through a large set of results.I love Chewy - phenomenal company with exceptional customer service and a wide range of products.
2. Otherwise the app works great!Mostly decent, but randomly signs me out while I'm actively using it (but not when I haven't opened it in more than a day?!), and if I'm browsing with filters, it often resets the filters when I return to the results after viewing an item.
3. I haven't had to talk with customer service in quite a while, but the couple times I did they were helpful and extremely pleasant.Searching by combination of terms seems to decrease your chance of finding a product.
4. Also, it would be nice if different flavors were treated like a color or size selection.Customer service is stellar: personal, thoughtful, instantly helpful, and genuine.
5. A combination of scratch and circle didn't yield the expected results, but I was able to find it through a random "frequently bought with" section.
6. Chewy carries everything a pet could need, with an excellent selection of products at prices that are hard to beat.
7. The variety that Chewy has all in one place makes it easier to keep trying different options.
8. Some of the menus aren't as direct as they could be and there are unnecessary selections which would be fine if accidental misclicks posed an issue, but I don't want to double click just to change the color.
9. I love that my dog's food comes regularly, with free shipping, and I don't have to go anywhere to find it every month.
10. For example, every time I applied a coupon code I got an error message in red letters stating my order wasn't eligible for the discount when it otherwise clearly did.
11. Would recommend.Chewy makes keeping our baby happy and healthy easier.
