Why should I report an Issue with GLAM - Dating & Romance?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.

3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I have been at this for almost 3 minutes and the app still will not allow me to click "Let's Begin"...… I don't know wats going on but hopefully it can be fixed since I'm seeing a lot of reviews related to my complaint as well.It won't let me use any of my photos,not sure if it's not recognizing my face or if it's just too picky about specifications because low quality shouldn't be a problem, having other people in a photo with you shouldn't be a problem as long as my face is shown, nor should having taken it in a dark setting be a problem.

I Couldn't sign up.bcoz of korea country num only accept and it Doesn't also accept by sign in Facebook also Google.can you fix it to sign up with a Facebook accountWhy the hell am I being matched to people thousands of miles away when I set my preference to only 25 miles or less and set my priority to distance.

3. Some of us have to pick out of the very few ones we have just to make your guidlines.This app has a cool concept that boosts your confidence, but it doesn't do what its ad said it would: Find people that actually match my preferences.

4. Please consider the other countries to get into the app.I have used this app for not longer than 2 hours and i am going to address the issues as well as what i liked... Very user friendly until you have to start where you don't actually see the progress bar at first witch is one flaw but furthermore very easy to use.

5. The location settings are terrible to the point where you see people from all over the damn country (which is kind of useless unless you travel a LOT) and it's just an over complicated app.

6. I think it has a small user base in my area because I'm getting a lot of people outside of my age and distance preference.

7. it's a great app idea, but the inability to limit the range of users as well as the number of users shown each day is a bit of an issue.

8. Even by selecting that distance was the most important thing to me, i still get suggestions from 300+ miles away, and i see no reason anyone would bother with that.

9. Also, try to get matched with only the ones around your area (locals only)Seems like a good idea in theory.

1. Fix GLAM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart GLAM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the GLAM App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "GLAM" » Open GLAM - Dating & Romance » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for GLAM » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear GLAM - Dating & Romance app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from GLAM servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "GLAM - Dating & Romance" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check GLAM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, GLAM might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall GLAM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall GLAM then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing GLAM not working

2. Fix GLAM Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make GLAM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to GLAM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, GLAM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
