Why should I report an Issue with CrusoeMoji - Celebrity Dachshu?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of DoggyMojis & Pet Friends Emojis and stickers to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Would love to see Fishing emoji, Oakley/Cru emoji, Oakley sleeping, Cru in his red car, dog ross, stubby paw on keyboard, with pizza, with champagne bottle, bbq-ing, Santa crusoe, Easter bunny.. for now I'm SO happy with so many character selections, even if you never add more, totally the best emojis EVER!!unfortunately it keeps crashing my phone.

2. :( not sure if I'll use it as much now :(I was really excited to use the adorable emojis, I absolutely love Crusoe! However, as someone who is tech savvy, I absolutely refuse to give any application access to make and manage phone calls, that is a massive security breach and there is absolutely no reason any app, especially an emoji app, needs those permissions, and the app refuses to let me use it without giving it that permission.

3. however, every time I clicked an emoji I got an error about a raz keyboard needing permissions and then I was brought to a black screen where nothing happened.I love Crusoe and these are a MUST HAVE!! Keyboard not working on my droid but so many ways to share (from app, downloaded) it doesn't really matter.

Immediately refunded and I would not recommend anyone activate that.unfortunately the keyboard emoji doesn't work on Samsung 8 plus I tried and tried and it just doesn't work I uninstalled 3 times with no success so sadly you can't use crusoe as an emoji 😢 but there great stickers so I use them as sort of emoji.

5. He still gets five stars for being so cute!!❤❤ I've had this app for several days keyboard emoji doesn't work on android Samsung 8 plus so if you know how to get it to work please put in reviews so I can do it.

6. (My screen timesout after 15 seconds.) Couldn't get into my phone AT ALL!!! Now I have to redo password settings, but am glad to do that though! What a nightmare!!!!I didn't know that I had to go outside my message app to copy & paste the emojis into my messages and also asks for permission to access all my files on my phone and control of the phone.

7. other than that it's a cute idea.I luv you Crusoe but this is NOT a good app for the Samsung Galaxy 8+! I had to call my service provider to unlock my phone remotely.

8. I have a Doxi and love the Cruso videos.Cannot just have a shift for one letter to be capitalized and cannot access anything other than a question mark or period.

11. Otherwise, I would've had to do a master reset which was NOT an option!!! The app keyboard RETURN/ENTER key was not working after typing in my password.

1. Fix CrusoeMoji Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart CrusoeMoji: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the CrusoeMoji App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CrusoeMoji" » Open CrusoeMoji - Celebrity Dachshu » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CrusoeMoji » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear CrusoeMoji - Celebrity Dachshu app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CrusoeMoji servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "CrusoeMoji - Celebrity Dachshu" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check CrusoeMoji app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, CrusoeMoji might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall CrusoeMoji. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall CrusoeMoji then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing CrusoeMoji not working

2. Fix CrusoeMoji Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make CrusoeMoji be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to CrusoeMoji not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, CrusoeMoji may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
