1. PLEASE FIX THIS! App as it is is ridiculous!takes us to the live section instead of the actual story which is frustrating, and the video player isn't recognized as an actual one and will turn off my screen after a certain amount of seconds.Live video tab continues to play even if you go to a different tab.... On a Samsung Android phone it indicates with a little bubble above the icon that there are messages or such yet when you go into the app there's no way to tell where they are...... The contact us link in the app goes to a blank page!........Woke up to a message that I had used 35 GB of mobile data.

2. Navigating through the app is garbage, uninstalling.Since the Dec update app will not rotate when watching Live in the morning between 7 & 9 ( when kutv2 broadcast as kjzz14) which means that I can see top of screen and bottom cuts off what is scrolling at bottom of live broadcast screen.

3. Kjzz is not available on my streaming service so it's a no go to watch live news broadcast there after 7am.

4. Like I said, the app was good at first...anymore, if you select the "watch now" option, you get sent to the live stream, but have to watch 2 to 5 (or more) ads first...& the live stream has usually finished by the time the ads are done.This app sucks.

5. Then when finally gets to the live broadcast it will cut it off in the middle of a news story and play the Same ads again.

6. The app was great at first, it'll send you notices of breaking news & if you click the "watch now" option, you could actually watch newscasts.

7. I had only opened it once for a single breaking news alert.When reading an article, if I go to select another news item from the "more to explore" 2 News links, the links do not open the featured articles.

8. It's very annoying.I rather use the option of no ads of 1weather app, than use this local news app for weather or even news that I watch on tv with ads.

9. When watching Live in the morning between 7 & 9 ( when kutv2 broadcast as kjzz14) It plays the same stupid ads like twice back to back.

10. It doesn't let us expand the story while it's in our notification tray, clicking on the story opens the app to a different story, after finding the story I intended on reading it only gives a headline with ads.

11. I have not changed any settings on my phone and my other SLC news apps rotate just fine.

1. Fix KUTV TV Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart KUTV TV: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the KUTV TV App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "KUTV TV" » Open KUTV TV » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for KUTV TV » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear KUTV TV app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from KUTV TV servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "KUTV TV" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check KUTV TV app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, KUTV TV might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall KUTV TV. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall KUTV TV then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing KUTV TV not working

2. Fix KUTV TV Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make KUTV TV be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to KUTV TV not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, KUTV TV may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
