Why should I report an Issue with Creatorpi - Creator app?

1. It has a good interface and it was easy to use and the trade was actually very quick and everything was correctHonestly was skeptical at first, but it worked with the Salazzle I made! I was a bit salty that they nicknamed the first trade I did without my permission or telling me until after, but it does work! I didn't want to go through the trouble of getting the perfect Pokemon, wasting days on end for it, when I got it within a mere minute! The free coins are iffy sometimes, maybe add a feature where you have a choice to watch a few ads every day to watch instead for coins?I want to make a few things clear.

2. Its either automated or I just got some real s**** luck, because every offer on the free coin wall is nearly impossible! "Get to level 150 on this tactical RPG for 1100 coins" may sound good, ITS NOTThe app work well and functions how its suppose to atleast from the short experience I had before uninstalling it.

3. Other than that, I highly recommend using this app if you want/need a specific Pokémon or something along those linesOkay, I didnt actually have a problem with the coins because I get that it's not free to run apps like this and it takes alot of time.

4. I understand monetisation is necessary, but at least allow the users to watch an ad or two per day to enable a slow build up of coins.This app is a lie and a waste of space! Dont download EVER! Edit: Alright.

5. My only issue with this is that, when I tried to receive the 2080 free coins from completing surveys, It only gave me a total of 17 instead, so that definitely was a bummer, I really wanted these coins.

6. For example a free trade daily or you earn 50 coins a day for logging in.This app is great! It has always helped and I've had great results with it.

7. It does have a way to earn free coins, but it just doesn't work.

8. I can ignore the app working through chrome, I can ignore the coin mechanic, What I can't ignore is no way of acquiring coins without giving away personal information via surveys or forking out cash.

9. The reason I was frustrated was because the ad I had seen presented the app as if you can get every pokemon COMPLETELY free and It had no mention of a coin system.

10. It's has helped me lots and I understand many don't approve of hacked Pokemon, but don't say anything at all if you dont have something nice to say.I would give zero stars if I could because this app said the loading problem was fixed and it clearly isn't.

11. No matter how many times I re-download the app, it stays on a loading screen! I've tried all other methods and none work.

1. Fix Creatorpi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Creatorpi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Creatorpi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Creatorpi" » Open Creatorpi - Creator app » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Creatorpi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Creatorpi - Creator app app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Creatorpi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Creatorpi - Creator app" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Creatorpi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Creatorpi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Creatorpi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Creatorpi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Creatorpi not working

2. Fix Creatorpi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Creatorpi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Creatorpi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Creatorpi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
