1. I tried to remove one and found no option to delete a label, only delete the whole wheel.This app was awesome on iOS, loved it so much I bought paid version and everything.

2. Currently I have to use a video editor to cut those deactivating "swiping" frames out.App is useful, but I downgraded my 3-star rating to 2-star in Oct 2021 because the app STILL needs to allow users to control when labels on a wheel are reactivated.

4. The ONLY improvement I'd like to see is a way to deactivate the selected cells w/o having to swipe down the menu after each spin; I.E., when creating a new wheel, a box to check off in its setup if you want the selected cell to automatically deactivate after each spin.

5. I have a wheel for each separate class with the kids' names as labels for various uses, but when I close a wheel, all the labels I had previously deactivated are automatically active again, whether I want them to be or not.

1. Fix Decide Now! Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Decide Now!: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Decide Now! App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Decide Now!" » Open Decide Now! » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Decide Now! » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Decide Now! app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Decide Now! servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Decide Now!" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Decide Now! app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Decide Now! might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Decide Now!. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Decide Now! then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Decide Now! not working

2. Fix Decide Now! Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Decide Now! be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Decide Now! not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Decide Now! may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
