Plus the location thing wasn't working.I bought my granddaughter the minnie mouse potty training, it told me to download app scan stickers for the encouragement, it's not scanning the stickers it says unavailable waste time app its worth a penny save your time from downloading app it's not gonna scan your stickersDoes not work with product I purchased.

2. Kept saying it couldn't find codes/characters.Disney, Where's the Share the Smiles App???? I only downloaded this app just so I can write this review cause I knew it wouldn't scan anything, it's ridiculous and false advertising and cruel on kids to say to download an app that doesn't even exist.

3. I downloaded it and it would not scan! I'm disappointed but at least my daughter likes the cup.App is a waste of time and data.Boring, I bought something from the disney store website and got a free code with my purchase.

4. Gave it two stars as it was at least stable.My husband bought a Disney cup for our toddler with a picture to scan.The package says get Share the Smiles app but it wasn't listed under that name.

5. Minnie Mouse potty for my daughter that has a code on the box and interactive stickers, tells you to download "Share the Smiles" which redirects to this app.

6. I have no idea where to find more codes so I'm uninstallingThe app would not scan the image no matter what way I tried doing it.

7. And the filters, for some reason, darken the camera image - so you can wear Star Lords helmet, but you wont be able to see anything other than the AR helmet.

8. There really isn't much to it - a short quiz, 3 selfie filters, and a few sound effects.

10. Won't be wasting money again for products that won't display what is apparently a waste of money.Has so many great shows and movies.

1. Fix Disney Scan Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Disney Scan: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Disney Scan App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Disney Scan" » Open Disney Scan » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Disney Scan » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Disney Scan app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Disney Scan servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Disney Scan" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Disney Scan app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Disney Scan might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Disney Scan. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Disney Scan then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Disney Scan not working

2. Fix Disney Scan Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Disney Scan be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Disney Scan not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Disney Scan may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
