Time to uninstall and keep looking.I really love this app but it you put the camera down for a while then bring it back up then it's all black and I don't know why, please fix this problem other than that I really love this app and thank you it's been a real help! All it does is makes noise to get your dog's attention but it doesn't even take pictures or videos then it wants you to pay money to remove watermarks and ads🤔 I didn't give them any money but just want to warn anyone else that this app is just a waste!The sounds work, the camera button to take the photo does not.

3. Tried checking permissions and reinstalling, but no luck.So it made the noises and got my dogs attention but then the button wouldn't actually take a picture, so it was super close to working but did not.Stopped working.

4. Yes the app had camera and storage permissions.Used to be awesome, but now doesn't take a picture when pressing the button.

7. Videos work great.The sounds get your dog to look at the phone.

1. Fix Look Here Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Look Here: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Look Here App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Look Here" » Open Look Here - Pet Camera » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Look Here » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Look Here - Pet Camera app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Look Here servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Look Here - Pet Camera" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Look Here app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Look Here might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Look Here. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Look Here then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Look Here not working

2. Fix Look Here Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Look Here be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Look Here not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Look Here may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
