1. They charge a fee to use a debit or credit but that's because of the convenience of making a payment immediately! The bank account info you use to make your payments is only a 50 cent fee! 4. Ive already uninstalled and reinstalled the app twice and im really irritated with the quality of this app!!! I use to love it, but now it isnt running properly, can this be fixed? I cant even set up auto pay because there isnt an option to do so anymore.

10. May have to contract landlord to move to month to month so it don't freeze up on your last month.Won't let YOU choose how much to pay and when.
11. We can't put any requests in at all on any interface which is really troubling.Mine worked fine till end of lease then got messed up but was quickly fixed.
