1. I've tried the free trial as it is cheaper than Audible and this has worked fine for me but with the inability to listen online and the limited play list, I can't see me signing up.The app refuses to work if I don't allow it to send tracking data to google.

2. In all normal streaming services (e.g.: Netflix, Apple Music) you can choose an SD card for saving content.OK selection of books, but terrible when you want to cancel.

3. This would also be very helpful if translated into Android Auto too! I hate having to stop mid-chapter!A budget version of Amazon's Audible - they are not exactly recent titles, but BookBeat does have some interesting titles within its collection.

4. If you have Bookbeat app on the SD card of your phone (where you have plenty of space), the books are still saved on internal phone's storage (where there's always not enough space).

5. Will use audible or storytel going forward.It's an OK app if you only want to listen via phone or tablet but I can find no way of listening via pc online without downloading a third party program which I'm unable to do on the computer I'm using.

6. This would also be a good commercial for BoolBeat.Tried to activate the account and said my card was declined even though I have enough money and it was for the free trial anyway.

7. If i fall asleep without closing the book or the screen, it will keep my phone screen on the whole night and a few times my phones battery has died making me miss my alarm.

1. Restart BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books" » Open BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BookBeat Audiobooks & E-books then reinstall.
