1. Nothing really helpful for dealing with this in the Help & FAQ section either... Kind of disappointing, since I do like the magazine.This is a terrible platform, I paid for a one year subscription but every time I open the app my preciously downloaded magazines are missing, it wont let me download the new magazine and now since the update it doesn't recognize my account / subscription at all and wont log me in.

2. When purchasing a subscription, the message says, "Your subscription will start immediately from the latest issue and will not include older issues." After having the $14.99 taken from my account, nothing has changed - still no access to latest issue, and no visible change to my subscription status.

3. Subscription was a total waste of money!App doesn't work ...I am a current print subscriber and when I try to download I am just redirected to an "error" page...I mean how hard can it be to manage such simple functions as print content.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Scuba Diving Issues

1. Fix Scuba Diving Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Scuba Diving: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Scuba Diving App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scuba Diving" » Open Scuba Diving » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scuba Diving » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Scuba Diving app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scuba Diving servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scuba Diving" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Scuba Diving app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scuba Diving might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Scuba Diving. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scuba Diving then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scuba Diving not working


2. Fix Scuba Diving Server issues & Internet Connection
