Why should I report an Issue with HeeSay - Gay LIVE & Community?

1. Reduce frequency of advertisement.Unskippable Ads every minute that last for 30 seconds or 45 seconds, worse part is that when you finally skip it there's another ads waiting to ambush you, I've been meaning to try again getting back but it frustrate me every this happen, I couldn't navigate through, chat or check those in live, I get that you make money by this but it's too much.

2. I WANTED to delete the app, but I want to delete all my photos first, but for some reason, the app doesn't allow to delete my main photo, so I tried 2 times put to ramdom photos, one was o blue photo of my sheets, I took a close photo, only blue, and nothing else, 2 times, then I got banned saying that I tried to put a porn related photo.The add annoys me so much.

3. On top of that the app constantly forces you to watch ads, with the sound on! When you try to close the ads, it redirects you to others sites or apps instead! In short, this app is incredibly annoying and useless, good luck finding real people here.Blued becomes terrible once they launced an adds to this app.

4. Always they are in the "military", Cant use video or voice chat, (because they look nothing like the young muscle hunk pictures they post) The app developers need to post how long someone has been a member.

5. I do understand that for free users they would have to include advertising but its better they lessen the seconds up to 10 seconds.Getting worst & worst.

6. WORST!!!!!!!All are distrub by Frequency of advertisement is increased very much, but blued and doing any thing.

7. Imagine I've been waiting for 40 seconds for just one adds.

8. Too many fake users sending phishing link and scammers keep sending message with same dialogue.

9. Also, there are too many bots so one has to be diligent in separating them from the real users.While the app runs well, the quality of people on the app is an extreme disappointment.

10. Video call is not working properly, screen of opposite person does not come..... You put so much advertisement, it's disturbing and annoying.

11. It's been 21 days... Starting to lose patience, as this has been a waste of money.Horrible app.

1. Fix HeeSay Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HeeSay: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HeeSay App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HeeSay" » Open HeeSay - Gay LIVE & Community » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HeeSay » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HeeSay - Gay LIVE & Community app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HeeSay servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HeeSay - Gay LIVE & Community" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HeeSay app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HeeSay might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HeeSay. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HeeSay then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HeeSay not working

2. Fix HeeSay Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HeeSay be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HeeSay not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HeeSay may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
