Why should I report an Issue with HyperVision?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of MathJoy to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

Also, I would like to see other solids.The visualsation of the hypercube is great and I really like the 3d and 4d slidersPretty cool would reccomend trying out I suggest adding more shapesI didn't think this was going to work but now it feels like I've unlocked a whole new area of my brainPlease add more 4D shape.

2. 4 Dimension is different than 3d so I understand that A hypercube is the only object in the app.I had big fun.App is stable and bug free.I always heard about 4d but had no idea.This application demonstrated 4th dimension in gentle way.I would recommend cyan red glasses too they are very helpful.thanks.Could use more depth clues.

3. Very annoying.I enjoy the app but to be able to see other shapes and possibly see 7 or even 11 dementions that would really bring some other perspectives to lightSimple, not fun but awesome.

4. But the app is very well made to understand the 4th dimensional space!All is well except when you set the cube to rotate so you can look at it, after 10 or 15 seconds, it resets the rotation and position.

5. I can't find more options, would be cool if there some option to add diferent coloros to the lines and points and maybe the surfaces.

1. Fix HyperVision Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart HyperVision: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the HyperVision App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "HyperVision" » Open HyperVision » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for HyperVision » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear HyperVision app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from HyperVision servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "HyperVision" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check HyperVision app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, HyperVision might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall HyperVision. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall HyperVision then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing HyperVision not working

2. Fix HyperVision Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make HyperVision be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to HyperVision not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, HyperVision may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
