Why should I report an Issue with PGe Original?

1. Each time you opn a link, to read an article you have to reset the text size unless you want it very small.

2. A big plus is the feature that allows one to tap an article and see it in its entirety without the need to flip pages to read the continuation.No option to download on my Kindle.

3. The font on the links are much bigger that the body of the article which sometimes leads to parts getting cut off, resulting in some hilarious by-lines.Would give it zero stars if I could.

4. When viewing articles in text mode on my phone, I need to zoom in to make them legible but when I do the text does not wrap.

5. Also once you click on the article the font is so small you can't even read it.

6. To read an entire article, you must click on a link at the top of the article.

7. They also removed the text enlargement feature, so now I have to move text back and forth to read, PIA.

8. Why can't the P-G notify customers via email that a reinstall is required? Also, too many times the bottom line of text at the bottom of a column is missing.

9. I see several reviews that have the same issue so it's not just me.Although I prefer the paper copy, when the app functions properly, it is an adequate substitute, and, indeed, it is nice to have the "paper" handy on my smartphone when travelling.

10. when headline clicked on to open, phone better be in landscape mode, if not, and you turn it, it will revert back to newspaper view.

11. This forces me to rotate my screen but when I do, it reverts back to display mode and I have to find the article again.

1. Fix PGe Original Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart PGe Original: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the PGe Original App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "PGe Original" » Open PGe Original » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for PGe Original » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear PGe Original app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from PGe Original servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "PGe Original" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check PGe Original app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, PGe Original might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall PGe Original. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall PGe Original then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing PGe Original not working

2. Fix PGe Original Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make PGe Original be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to PGe Original not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, PGe Original may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
