1. I want the old version back.I've been using BigRoad since 2016 wasn't impressed then and I'm still not satisfied ! Crashes often, shows driving after being parked, it disconnects while driving, I can sign a log at the end of the day and 20 minutes later it will not be signed ! I've got more problems than answers and you go through the same procedures just about every time ! Sign out , unplug the transponder, clear the cache , plug the unit back up then sign back in and keep fingers crossed it works ! It's a pain !eld is ok... I use a 9" tablet.

2. there is no interaction, the arrow moves off screen, doesn't stay center, so 50% - 90% of the time it shows where you've been, not where you are going... would be nice to change the apps on the home screen... maybe I just can't figure out how to change any of thisWhen I first started working with big road it had a few bugs but overall it was a pretty useful tool.

3. Need to simplify things for easier use like being able to make notes when changinging duty status instead of having a separate button to change status with notes.

4. Now can't change driving to personal drive, ain't no sense in changing this to be undeitabe.

5. Buttons to select mode, DRIVING, OFF DUTY, etc are too small and too close together, thanks to the huge map, so it may take several attempts to select on duty.

6. with the app running in the background, if I try to open it to change duty status, it can take 5-30 seconds before it actually opens.

7. Just SUCKS.....change drive to personal edit back like it was!!!!Map is useless and can't make it disappear.

1. Fix FC BigRoad ELD Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart FC BigRoad ELD: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the FC BigRoad ELD App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "FC BigRoad ELD" » Open FC BigRoad ELD » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for FC BigRoad ELD » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear FC BigRoad ELD app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from FC BigRoad ELD servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "FC BigRoad ELD" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check FC BigRoad ELD app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, FC BigRoad ELD might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall FC BigRoad ELD. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall FC BigRoad ELD then reinstall.
