1. horrible experience, I signed up for this app after my friend sent me a referral, Ive watched my friend get quick rewards, and even a payout since I signed up for days ago, I have completed AND finished several offers, including social media shares and not only have I not been rewarded, the app does not work!! I have to play through Chrome, repeatedly log back in and out, and re installed the app!! AND WHEN I TRY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SUPPORT, ALSO NOT WORKING!!!Will always come with reasons why they won't pay.

2. It's the only app of this type that I have used that didn't pay out for completed tasks.If I could give it negative stars I would !!!!!Beware first of all you can earn bananas playing fun zone games,watching videos,game quests,and etc.

3. Whatever the case may be you will earn nothing here!Was promised rewards for playing a (really bad) game and reaching level 10, but after doing so, the amount of rewards offered was reduced, and the offer did not work.

4. I have attempted to contact support via their website, but the form does not work.1- Can't sign in... says wrong password or email address.

5. I completed two quest and didn't received my rewards.When I contacted them they didn't do anything about it and told me to contact the games myself.

6. When you get enough bananas to cash out for a gift card they rrquire you to register for a game quest for verfication.

7. They have additional requirements for the key and after completing them it still doesn't work and support doesn't answer about it.

8. This is not right because you earn the bananas by just playing fun zone if you want.

1. Fix BananApp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BananApp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BananApp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BananApp" » Open BananApp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BananApp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BananApp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BananApp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BananApp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BananApp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BananApp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BananApp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BananApp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BananApp not working

2. Fix BananApp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BananApp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BananApp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BananApp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
