1. Most wrost thing Every item have delivery charge.Don't Trust AWOK products! DEFECTIVE! I ordered item with delivery fees, It was not working (totally dead watch)while I registered complaint of it they agreed but they only giving me item value.

2. What I will do if again I get the same dead watch or any damaged items from awok???? Keep on buying and paying delivery charges and processing fees to AWOK.??? Fruad items!Plz be aware.

3. Don't waste your money and check any cheap local store around you, you will get the same item and at least you save the delivery fees.Worst shopping app ever.

4. You end up paying approximately double price; half delivery and half for item costs especially if you are buying cheap stuff.

5. The price of that copy is not that tempting and still you have to worry about the delivery fees, which is per item and not per order.

6. many times after ordering the items, they split our order themself and they say it's for our convenience and fast delivery.

7. btw, you end up buying useless stuff just to fill the minimum order value - I guess I have to try something else now.I ordered a lot of things all are low quality than standard.

8. my order was canceled because of their poor logistics system and the courier they use and on top of that the customer service agents on phone have only one thing to say that they are very sorry but they can not do anything.

9. No real discounts, only cheap copies of the original items in the photos.

10. After 4 days even items were dispatched, my order has been cancelled.. this is cheating.

3. Clear AWOK.com app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from AWOK.com servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "AWOK.com" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check AWOK.com app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, AWOK.com might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall AWOK.com. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall AWOK.com then reinstall.
