1. Turning on power and seeing the dynamic price is terrifying without even obvious quick start guides with best recommendations of required products to help with limit usage at peak, and more reminders about max/frequency of high pricing and how to avoidok, so i have been using it for 5 days... so i will try to update after a few months on the actual service... I will say.. the APP is easy , switching is easy, and making payments is easy... next The fee for addibg money via Credit Card is pretty hefty at a little over $3.00 per transaction, so if you want to save money the biggest amount you can add upfront the better and it will save you money ..There is more to do before this is a great app.
2. Another suggestion: Add the ability to set at what price point youd like an alert for, whats expensive for someone might be cheap for another, and vice versa.Abysmal. In these final days of this soon-to-be-failed company, their app has malfunctioned, and no one is answering my questions regarding my recent consumption.
3. Seeing the temperature is fine but I wish to didn't hide the price without scrolling down.App works well and it's saved me money for the last few months.
4. I do like being able to read the notifications on my smartwatch but I would really like having a watch app to see the current price on the watch.Absolutely no reason why there should ever be a price change every 5 minutes.
5. I was told in an email two days ago that there had been an error in the usage data and that no further charges based on unverified data would post to my account.
6. Which means by the time I can turn off my AC i have already blowned any money I saved.I was happy with it for the few months i had it.
7. The app only shows my history from over two years ago and only sporadically shows the current price.
8. I tried it for a year and its more trouble than it's worth and if you dont have everything in your house on an app to turn off at a moment's notice, a few hours at 9 fricken dollars a Kwh could wreck your whole bill.
9. Needs to show graph views of pricing history and forecasting with easily scalable data sizes.
10. They said they would give you a refund if you decide to cancel and switch but will only refund you a $9.99 membership fee... All elec companies are the same.Feels very uninviting for new users trying to get the best handle on accurately ensuring they can keep their bill low.
11. They also kept taking money out of my account every 2 or 3 days even though I 3 weeks to pay it.
