- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Eros and Venus" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check Eros and Venus app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Eros and Venus might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall Eros and Venus. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Eros and Venus then reinstall.
