1. I ran it on the new 5GL AT&T network, it's also so much faster faster than my current ancent dsl, the additional bandwidth and speed made its performance amazing!It's a cool design.... I like the background and the concept of the background matching the actual weather.... But even when you report it consistently it's not real-time.

2. The app is a little slow to update current weather, and downright wrong at times (it was NOT 39 degrees in Melbourne FL a couple weeks ago).

3. I switched from iPhone to Android and can't carry over my annual subscription...in fact, there doesn't appear to be an annual option here.looked at bunches of weather widgets and tried them.

8. I also like to be able to report current sky conditions, and rain at my location.The developer(s) of this app needs to do test runs on multiple devices or something because for the last 3 or so years, the app stop working on 2 of my main devices.

9. It's as if it sticks with It's forecasted weather no matter what changes may have occurred rather than what the current weather really is.

11. Flow of information across/down the screen is perfect, specially since an update allows the user to personalize the presentation of the data.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Weather Live° Issues

1. Fix Weather Live° Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Weather Live°: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Weather Live° App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Weather Live°" » Open Weather Live° » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Weather Live° » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Weather Live° app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Weather Live° servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Weather Live°" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Weather Live° app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Weather Live° might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Weather Live°. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Weather Live° then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Weather Live° not working


2. Fix Weather Live° Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Weather Live° be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Weather Live° not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Weather Live° may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Hi! I downloaded your app to my old a long time ago. I would like to add it to my new phone and iPad. I have tried many different ways but I’m not successful. I am current on the billing. Also, how do I change my email on the account? Thank you
