Why should I report an Issue with Ansxer - Attitude & NFT Dating?

I'm glad they made choice of delete account after 3 mths not active as I won't be able to do it myself nowI can't save my edited quiz, whenever I edit and save my quiz, it won't save my edited quiz and reset to the one before save when I restart the app, it's like the server didn't even get my input.

2. Have not been able to find help or anything helpful in the description.This app has a good idea but I think if the suggestions shows both men and women for pansexual or bisexual would be great.

I even clear the cache and delete the app nothing change.When I can match, when I go to answer the system, I like to inform that it is already expired, the history of that person's match will disappear.I used this app and even though its not made for me and my lifestyle, I would still recommend this all to people.

1. Fix Ansxer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Ansxer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Ansxer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Ansxer" » Open Ansxer - Attitude & NFT Dating » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Ansxer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Ansxer - Attitude & NFT Dating app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Ansxer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Ansxer - Attitude & NFT Dating" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Ansxer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Ansxer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Ansxer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Ansxer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Ansxer not working

2. Fix Ansxer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Ansxer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Ansxer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Ansxer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
