Thank you, and please fix some of the issues!🙂I like the app, but there's one small issue, the turning mechanism in explorer mode, my phone doesn't seem to have the motion controls and I'm sure other may have this issue, so I would love to see a more d-pad or something like that style for the driving mechanics, it would be a lot easier too.

5. Recently I used the Code With Cozmo book to code the remote control racer, but every time I started the code, the app would freeze and Cozmo would keep driving forever, with me not able to control him.

6. It's a pain to have to change wifi settings every time I want to play with Cozmo, because I have to disconnect from the internet.

7. Will not recommend this to anyone that doesn't use an iPhone or Samsung Galaxy.I love cozmo, but their is an issue with the software.

8. I have never had any connection issues and Cozmo himself, after not being charged for 2 years, still works swimmingly.

9. Also I don't see why I have to directly connect to Cozmo, he should be able to connect to my wifi router in the house and talk to my phone via that.

10. An update you can do is that we can switch the voice of Cozmo in the settings.

11. I checked my coding twice, coded the entire thing again and checked that and STILL was stuck with no choice but to close the app and reconnect to Cozmo.

1. Fix Cozmo Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Cozmo: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Cozmo App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cozmo" » Open Cozmo » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cozmo » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Cozmo app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cozmo servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cozmo" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Cozmo app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cozmo might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Cozmo. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cozmo then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cozmo not working

2. Fix Cozmo Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cozmo be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cozmo not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cozmo may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
