1. When there were live classes taking place it was great and went smooth, the study material is awesome but during this pandemic i would recommend it to be made free for a little more time, so that students like me could benefit.

2. At last subscription is waste of money.The biggest drawback of this app is that they notify us regarding their live classes in the form of calls which really create a helluva of hustle in our day to day life and obligate to speculate it as a mandatory call.

3. There are 3 exercises in chapter 8 of maths class 10 in ncert but in Meritnation it is showing 4 exercises, which means the content is out dated.The app is very good in terms of solutions of the books.

4. Secondly there are a lot of calls from the app for enrolling to the live sessions which is really annoying.Revision Notes, NCERT Solutions and it's Q&A feature are it's highlights.

5. Live classes are so disturbing in the chat, network issue and every 10- 20 mins we need to refresh, too much of bug, no reply for the complaints from the help center.

6. Second thing is that, when we enter their live classes , sometimes we are not able to see the teachers or either listen their voice clearly.

7. All the features of the app is nice when viewed overall; but the subjects taught by the teachers are not so satisfying and the quality of the videos are also poor .The video lectures are not helping to understand the concepts of the chapters thoroughly .

8. But, During the live classes, the response from the teachers is not very good.

9. It is a good app, try it .😊😊The ncert solutions are great but i would recommend them to be a little more short and to the point.

1. Fix Meritnation Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Meritnation: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Meritnation App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Meritnation" » Open Meritnation: CBSE, ICSE & more » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Meritnation » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Meritnation: CBSE, ICSE & more app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Meritnation servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Meritnation: CBSE, ICSE & more" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Meritnation app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Meritnation might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Meritnation. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Meritnation then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Meritnation not working

2. Fix Meritnation Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Meritnation be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Meritnation not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Meritnation may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
