But due to this problem unable to continue my praparation.😔I found this app very useful, the teachers are very helpful and really make things easier for students, also it is free of cost, what makes us able to access, which we would not have been able to access otherwise... so a big thumbs up for this app.. carry on, and keep helping students from all around the world.Education quality is indeed no.1.. No question or doubt for the content.. But there's a huge issue with the app itself.. & it is really very annoying.. Even after putting the notifications off and silent from the app, it sends notification in a very loud noise and if I switch off the notification from phone's settings, it still noises but with no notification in the notification bar.. I think wifistudy needs only wifi connection to run smoothly..bcz i have a very good 4g connection,but I'm totally unsatisfied with the app.bcz it open but it never runs good.i can play YouTube even unacedamy very easily but I'm unable to run thisEverything is good, but add an option that the video quality can be adjusted like in YouTube, it would be great.

Thank youthere should be a filter button to filter the contents into videos, quiz, and pdf and also there should be a filter just like playlist for different exam contents rightnow all the contents are mixed into one in the app and it is very difficult to filter out the contents of a prticular exam preparation if these loopholes can be corrected than this app will become easy to operate, simple and user friendly.searching capacity is very slow.

4. although I have a very good internet connection but I'm unable to search 1month previous video and pdf and the quiz section opening time is very poor.

5. There is only one problem in the application that when you are searching the educators in the search tab it shows nothing , so please provide the list whatever contain a word.

6. so, please work on this two things.This application is very good for competitive examination in India.

7. Whenever I'm opening a video and for some reason I need to get back to the menu for another video and I press back, It gets stuck with just the video on the screen.

8. The WiFi Study has good educators in their team.

9. Another thing is that we can't use features in videos by which we can speedup the video, go back by 10/20/30s or come forward.

10. If you get to do a class search from the calendar like the app on the website, then it would be great.No doubt it is the best app for study.

1. Restart wifistudy-Exam Pre: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the wifistudy-Exam Pre App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "wifistudy-Exam Pre" » Open wifistudy-Exam Preparation App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for wifistudy-Exam Pre » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear wifistudy-Exam Preparation App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from wifistudy-Exam Pre servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "wifistudy-Exam Preparation App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check wifistudy-Exam Pre app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, wifistudy-Exam Pre might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall wifistudy-Exam Pre. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall wifistudy-Exam Pre then reinstall.
